Show fees include: grooming, trainer and groom assistance, lessons and handling. Flat show fees do not include show entries, sponsorships, stabling, tack rooms/extra stalls, veterinary expenses, farrier expenses or extraordinary feed or bedding, early arrival, transportation, therapy & medication and body clipping.

Additional information
1. Aspen Park bills are sent out by the end of each month, with payment due by the 1st of the following month. A late fee in the amount of $35.00 for Board and $50.00 for Training will be assessed if payment in full is not received by the 4th of the month in which it is due.
2.All additional expenses including, but not limited to veterinary care, farrier, blankets, halters, horse-caused damage to equipment and/or facility, supplements and specialty health care, etc are the responsibility of the horse owner.
3. Training, board, showing and transportation fees will be billed in advance. (Show/Transport fees must be paid prior to departure for the show). Horse ownership must be up to date prior to the horse being transported or shown by Aspen Park.
4. Aspen Park is not resposible for storage or transportation of any equipment, tack, clothing, etc of horse owner.
